Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. During holidays or product launches, processing times may extend slightly.


Shipping Rates

We offer Free Shipping on all U.S. orders.
For orders outside the U.S., shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.


Carriers & Delivery Times

All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and shipping method.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–6 business days

  • International: 10–21 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.


Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before checkout. Sparkles & Adornments is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging at support@sparklesandadornments.com. We will assist promptly with a replacement or refund per our Return & Refund Policy.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Sparkles & Adornments cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
