At Sparkles & Adornments, each item is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Because our lighting and décor pieces are handcrafted and made-to-order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

🛍️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@sparklesandadornments.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage and packaging.
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions or send a replacement.

💡 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

💵 Refund Process

Refunds (if approved) are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Once verified, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  • Used, opened, or altered items

  • Sale or discounted products

  • Items damaged through misuse or neglect
