At Sparkles & Adornments, every item is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. Because our products are handcrafted and made-to-order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@sparklesandadornments.com.

Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for return or replacement.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for any approved return.

Refund Process

Refunds (if approved) will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

Once confirmed, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
